1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Math Adventure mobile application ("App", "Application", or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are a parent, legal guardian, or educator supervising a child using this App, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the child.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not download, install, or use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Math Adventure is an offline educational math game designed for young children and elementary students (ages 2 to 10). The App offers interactive learning activities covering counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, colors, and shapes.

The application is provided free of charge, with:

  • No Advertisements: Zero third-party ads or commercial disruptions.
  • No In-App Purchases: All educational content and stages are fully available without paywalls or subscriptions.
  • No Account Required: Gameplay functions completely without user registration or internet connectivity.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All rights, titles, and interests in and to Math Adventure, including but not limited to software code, game mechanics, visual assets, artwork, animations, characters, audio tracks, sound effects, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Kaniz Sultana (Bihobol) and its licensors.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and run the Application on personal devices solely for personal, non-commercial, educational use.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the Application or any part thereof.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

When using Math Adventure, you agree to:

  • Use the App solely in compliance with applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
  • Avoid attempting to interfere with the proper operation of the App or compromise device integrity.
  • Supervise children during device usage in accordance with your family’s guidelines.

5. Local Data Storage & Privacy

Your privacy is paramount. Math Adventure does not collect or transmit personal information. Non-sensitive game configuration (such as local stage progress, audio volume settings, and an optional local hero nickname) is saved exclusively on your local device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bihobol and its developers expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • That the App will meet your specific educational requirements or expectations.
  • That operation will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely bug-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Kaniz Sultana, Bihobol, or any affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole and exclusive remedy in the event of any dissatisfaction with the Application is to discontinue use and uninstall the App from your device.

8. Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any feature at any time without prior notice.

We may also update these Terms periodically. Any updates will be published with a revised Effective Date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bihobol operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
