1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering, accessing, or using the Daily Bazar mobile application ("App", "Application", or "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access, download, or use the Application.

2. Description of the Service

Daily Bazar is a real-time collaborative shopping and grocery tracking application published by Kaniz Sultana (Bihobol). The Service provides:

Real-time shared shopping and bazar lists.
Multi-user partner collaboration allowing invited family members, roommates, and shopping partners to view, add, modify, and check off items simultaneously.
Category organization, quantity and price budgeting, and market expense calculations.
Offline support enabling local updates that synchronize automatically once network connectivity is re-established.

3. Account Registration & Partner Invitations

Account Security: To use collaborative sync features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Partner Invitations: When inviting shopping partners via invite codes, links, or contact identifiers, you confirm that you have the requisite consent or relationship to share lists with those individuals.
Shared List Conduct: Any member invited to a collaborative list may view, edit, or check off items on that list. You acknowledge that Bihobol is not responsible for modifications or deletions made by partners whom you have granted list access.

4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not use Daily Bazar to:

Transmit or share unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, or abusive content in list titles, item descriptions, or partner messages.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with the application's source code, networking APIs, or security infrastructure.
Exploit the real-time synchronization servers to send automated spam, unauthorized requests, or interfere with server performance.
Impersonate any individual or misrepresent your affiliation with another person or entity.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, graphical user interfaces, design assets, trademarks, icons, logos, and features in Daily Bazar are the exclusive property of Kaniz Sultana (Bihobol) and its licensors.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and run the Application on compatible mobile devices for your personal, non-commercial use.
You retain ownership of the grocery lists and data content you create. You grant Bihobol a limited, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of delivering the synchronization service to you and your invited partners.

7. Service Availability & Disclaimers

"AS IS" Basis: Daily Bazar is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
Network & Synchronization Dependability: While we strive for seamless instant updates, real-time synchronization depends on active internet connectivity and third-party network providers. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free synchronization under all network conditions.
Pricing & Budget Estimates: All expense totals, item costs, and budget calculations within the App are tools for user convenience. Users are solely responsible for verifying actual financial transactions at physical markets or retail stores.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Kaniz Sultana, Bihobol, or any affiliates, directors, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from:

Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Application.
Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmitted lists or data.
Actions, modifications, or deletions made by third-party partners whom you invited to your shared lists.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use and uninstall the Application.

9. Account Termination & List Removal

You may terminate your account and discontinue use at any time through the in-app account settings or by contacting support@bihobol.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security and integrity of the Service.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When revisions occur, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Application following any updates constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bihobol operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
